If you’re looking for a team that takes pride in their work, delivers top-tier service, and encourages professional and personal growth then we are the right fit for you. If you’ve got 3 years of experience and want to join a winning team then we encourage you to apply today. What we’re looking for: Great attitude, Hardwork, Winning Mentality. What you’ll do: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems, clean adjust and repair HVAC systems, perform emergency repairs promptly and accurately and provide excellence customer service.
Junior Technician
No HVAC experience? Ready to learn? Join the Gilman Team as an HVAC apprentice and experience a hands-on learning environment. Throughout this experience, you will be paired with a senior technician where you will help with all facets of HVAC repair, maintenance, and replacement. We will provide you with the tools to succeed, all we ask from you is work hard, bring a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow! Get on the fast track to HVAC success with a winning team!
We don’t just install HVAC systems – we deliver next-level comfort through precision, pride, and performance. If you’re wired to outwork, outthink, and outperform, you might be G-Man Material. Our team takes pride in every detail and is committed to leaving every home cleaner, more comfortable, and better than we found it. You’ll be responsible for installing systems, ductwork, fittings, and controls with excellence and efficiency. If you have 2+ years of HVAC installation experience, are Journeyman eligible, CFC certified, and hold a valid driver’s license, we encourage you to step up — and join a team that’s Built Different.
